Stu Rose - Chairman/CEO
Stu
Rose serves as Chairman and CEO of Inland Marine Adjusters (IMA).
Mr. Rose is armed with over 35 years of international
business and claims experience, including tenure at one of the
largest independent adjusting firms. He co-founded IMA to
provide a full line of pro-active, cost effective claims
handling and related risk services. Mr. Rose also founded the
firm Rose & Walker which was dedicated to claims adjusting and
investigations for Liability, Liquor Liability and Dram shop
claims. As an Executive Adjuster he has earned national
recognition as a skilled negotiator, excelling in the
settlement of difficult and sensitive claims and large
losses. He specializes in Inland Marine, Boiler and
Machinery, Equipment Failures, Property, Business Interruption, Transportation,
General Liability and Liquor Liability losses. Mr. Rose is a graduate
of
Ohio
Wesleyan University and also served as Military advisor in
Taiwan for 2 years. Mr. Rose holds numerous professional
licenses throughout the states, regularly attends continuing
education insurance courses and is a member of the Central
Jersey Claims Association and Mensa.
Susan Rose – CFO
Susan Rose, Inland Marine Adjuster’s CFO, helped found the
company after retiring from a 25 year career in government.
Mrs. Rose oversees all growth, accounting and financial
transactions for the company. Prior to retirement, Susan
served as Executive Director of the Urban Enterprise Authority
and Administrator of the program for the state of
New Jersey.
During her tenure, Susan was responsible for a $60 million
urban revitalization program located in 27 New Jersey
municipalities. She has also served in a management capacity
with the New Jersey Housing Mortgage and Finance Authority and
was the Register of Deeds and Mortgages for the county of
Camden. In addition to serving as IMA’s CFO, Susan is the
Executive Director of the Lauren Rose Albert Foundation, a

Amy Rose-Rivas, Esquire – Business Affairs/Lit.
Mgt./Subrogation
Amy Rose-Rivas specializes in and adjusts various
claims for
IMA
particularly those in which litigation issues arise. As
a
practicing attorney, Mrs.. Rose-Rivas has been
involved in a variety of property and casualty claims and
claims administration for IMA and our clients for over 9
years. With an Undergraduate degree from Rutgers and a Law
degree from Widener
University School of Law, Amy has been providing practical
legal guidance to insurance companies and small businesses and
non-profits regarding loss recovery, loss
prevention, claims handling and
working with defense counsel.
